No Refunds is a raw and visceral hybrid film that explores the transactional nature of intimate sexual encounters. Through a tangled choreography of bodies, bedsheets, and personal reflections, the filmmaker steps into the role of a client on camera, as well as the audience watching. As the lines between documentary and performance blur, the film examines queer desire and draws parallels between the artificial nature of sex work and the act of filmmaking.
