Andy Norton

Head of Festival Distribution

Andrew Norton is Head of Festival Distribution at Raina. Before moving into film, he worked some 20 years in information management and research in the UK. After relocating to Finland in 2018, he began working freelance in festival strategy and research, and now works full time at Raina, overseeing submission strategy, festival relations, negotiations, PR and materials delivery for an international slate of documentary and short films. Alongside his distribution work, Andy is an active industry contributor and has served as a panelist, decision maker and jury member at festivals and industry events across Europe.

Inka Achté

Head of Acquisitions

Inka Achté is a documentary filmmaker and former sales agent with 20 years of experience in the film and television industries.

She brings an in-depth understanding of the field from multiple perspectives: in addition to her work in directing and sales, she has served as a consultant, tutor and guest speaker in the field of documentary film at professional workshops (e.g. Qumra, Verzio Doclab, Sheffield DocFest and AIDC among others)  and film schools such as EICTV Cuba, Norwegian Film School in Lillehammer and Aalto University in Helsinki. Inka is currently the Artistic Director of DocPoint, the Helsinki Documentary Film Festival, and Head of Acquisitions and Strategy at Raina.
