Andy Norton

Head of Festival Distribution

Before moving into film, Andy Norton worked in information management and research for some 20 years in his native UK.

Upon relocating to Finland in early 2018, he begun working freelance as a festival distributor and researcher for production companies and sales agencies. Since starting Raina, Andy has worked full time in festival distribution. He handles all aspects of Raina's relationships with festivals, including strategies, submissions, financial negotiations, PR and material deliveries.

Inka Achté

Head of Acquisitions

Inka Achté is a documentary filmmaker and a former sales agent with more than 15 years of experience working in the film and tv industries. She has an in-depth understanding of the field from various perspectives: in addition to directing and sales, she has also worked as a consultant and tutor in creative documentary. She is also currently the Head of Programming at DocPoint, the Helsinki Documentary Film Festival.
